Studio J: Focus on the Photos

Have you had a chance to play with Studio J this month? Be sure to give it a try before the month is out so that you can get your free two-page layout JPG. Not into digital scrapbooking? Then use Studio J as a layout tool. Pick your paper and layout, and create it without ever having to cut any paper. Then, pull out your traditional scrapping tools and create your layout. You don't have to worry about cutting your paper wrong as you already know you're going to love your layout!

Free Studio J JPG file!

Have you created and downloaded your free Studio J JPG yet? Looking for ideas on how to use it?

1. Email them to Grandma, Grandpa and everybody who would love to see a layout
2. Post them to your Facebook or blog pages
3. Of course, you can also print out the pages and then embellish them with real embellishments or leave them just as they are. You can't really tell they are digital!
   
4. Create a card....bet you're wondering how to do that :)
   

Here's a couple of ways to do picture Christmas/Holiday cards:

Create a layout using one of the layouts with big photo wells. Then take the free JPG and print 4x4 or5x5 images on your home computer or pay the $0.10-0.19/ea at your favorite store. Attach them to a card base and gussy them up with some papers, ribbons, poinsettias, or other embellishments and you're done.

Another way to create your Christmas/Holiday is to create your layout using a picture of each family member in a photo well. Then, take your FREE JPG to CVS, Walgreen's or where you prefer to have your picture cards printed. You can put Happy Holidays from and then all the names of the people in your photo.

Everybody will see your family, plus you'll show them just how creative you are!

Summer Fun with Studio J

Guess how long it took me to create this layout! Ah, come on...take a guess! LOL! All of 5 minutes after I decided what photos to use. Do you find that it takes you longer to decide on what pictures you want to scrap than it actually takes to put the page together? No? Well, that may be because you're not using Studio J. It only takes a few moments to put together great looking pages that look like you've spent hours. Be sure to try Studio J out this month and order your free JPG file. You can post your layout to your Facebook page, email it to Grandma and Grandpa, or print it out at your favorite photo store. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email me.

Studio J Mediterranean Cruise Layout

I've really enjoyed using Studio J to quickly do some of our layouts. While we have a ton (and I do mean a ton) of traditional layouts already done, it's fun to be able to create a layout in just a few moments, rather than a few hours. LOL! My Cruisin' Buddy and I take forever doing traditional layouts, but that's usually because we can't decide what pictures to use. Then, of course, it takes a while to decide on the layout itself.

May Imagine Club projects

For May we used CTMH's X7137B Lucky My Reflections Kit. The top layout is Up the Tempo, but I changed the angle of the photos on the left page. In addition on the same page, we used Z1377 Kraft Color Ready Borders. The cute chipboards are from Z1356 Lucky Level 2 Assortment. I had a lot of fun creating these layouts!
